Agreement to Terms

By using the services of NoSweat Brockton Concrete, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Brockton, MA and surrounding areas. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We offer professional concrete services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, stamped concrete, and repair work. All services are subject to availability and proper site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for quality concrete work.

Project timelines and completion dates are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Quotes are based on the site conditions observed during our initial assessment. If site conditions change or additional work is required, we will provide a revised quote before proceeding.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, settling, or failure to maintain the concrete as recommended.

Concrete is a natural material and may develop minor hairline cracks over time. This is normal and does not affect the structural integrity of your concrete. We will explain proper maintenance and care instructions to help maximize the life of your concrete surfaces.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and scheduling adjustments.

Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges. We will discuss any changes and provide updated pricing before proceeding with additional work.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance during all phases of the project. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or underground utilities that are not properly marked.

It is your responsibility to contact utility location services before we begin work to mark underground lines. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain proper insurance coverage for our work and encourage you to verify our insurance certificates before work begins.
